Return Instructions

Packaging and Shipping

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories must be included.

  • Please follow the return instructions sent by email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products or Order Errors : Returns are free of charge. This includes items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Specific Conditions

  • Change of Mind : Products may be returned within 30 days provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective Product : Please contact us immediately and provide photos. We offer either a refund or a replacement.
  • Damaged Product : Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos so we can process your request.
  • Incorrect Product : We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product.
  • Order Not Received : Please contact us so we can investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide either a refund or a replacement.
  • Order Cancellation : Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return procedure must be followed.
